Return Policy
At Burned By Lynn, each piece is created with care, and many items are handmade or customized just for you. Because of this, returns are accepted only on select items.
Return Window
If your order qualifies for a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.
Custom Pieces
Custom or personalized pieces are not eligible for return unless:
The item arrives damaged, or
There was an error made on our part with your custom order.
If either of these applies, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, we’ll make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or return at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
Approved returns for damaged items or errors on custom pieces include free return shipping.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
Custom or personalized items unless damaged or made incorrectly
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper care, or accidents
Items returned without prior approval
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at hello@burnedbylynn.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
